Adventure Wonderland

All inclusive children's adventure theme park with fun rides and activities based on the Alice in Wonderland story. This all weather attraction has thrilling outdoor adventure rides and fun indoor play areas. Children can enjoy a range of rides and attractions from thrill rides like Turbo Teacups and Wild Bill's Runaway Train to more gentler rides such as Curvy Caterpillars and Flying Elephants. Other attractions include an animal petting zoo, pony rides, amusement arcades, train rides, puzzles, mazes, magic shows and much more.

Ticket price also includes entry to the nearby Bournemouth Aviation Museum.

Farmer Palmer's Farm Park

Family run farm park designed for families with young children. Wide range of fun activities provided, including meeting and learning about the animals, tractor trailer rides and soft play areas. Come and see deer, pigs, ponies, donkeys, cows, calves, chickens, ducks, alpacas and other tame animals in a safe and friendly environment.

Go Ape

Forest adventure park with 1000 metre long zip wires, tree top assault courses, segway trails and other exciting outdoor activities for older children and adults.

Swanage Railway

Century-old fully restored heritage railway. The line runs over six miles from the fine stone buildings of Swanage station to Wareham, passing through the glorious Purbeck countryside and under dramatic ruins of Corfe Castle.

Regular steam passenger services run every weekend throughout the year; with daily services in spring and summer. Stopping at Norden, Corfe Castle, Harman's Cross, Herston Halt and Swanage.

The Tank Museum

The Tank Museum at the Bovington military base has hundreds of tanks and other military vehicles on show - one of the largest collections in the world. The collection was inspired by Rudyard Kipling after a visit to Bovington Camp in 1924 when he suggested that some of the WW1 tanks stationed there should be preserved for posterity.

A key exhibit is a massive 48 ton Centurion tank, cut in half along its length, exposing its internal secrets. Also on display is the world's first tank built in 1915, plus many WWII veterans including British Churchills, America's Shermans and one of Germany's mighty Tiger Tanks.
