The trail covers 40 miles (64 km) through many picturesque Herefordshire villages, providing lots of examples of 16th and 17th century timber-framed buildings and churches, each in their own spectacular village settings. The circular trail begins at Leominster and is marked with way markers and brown and white tourist signs.
