The Pembrokeshire Coast Path runs for some 186 miles (299 km) from Cemaes Head to Amroth, following along the rugged cliffs and sandy bays of the Wales west coast. It passes through the town of Pembroke on the way.
Officially opened in 1970, its best attributes are the ever changing seascapes and plentifull wildlife that can be seen along the way, from wheeling seabirds to the glorious wildflowers that carpet the surrounding hills in early summer. |
